Motordetal-Konotop ООО produces cylinder liners using total closed processing cycle including foundry operation and machining. Castings are produced of special alloyed cast irons providing for high product service performance.

Machining shop consists of 12 cells for production of cylinder liners of different types and sizes. Specialists of Motordetal-Konotop ООО have accumulated knowledge and experience, they have carried out multiple tests that enable to implement the most modern solutions in cylinder liner design.

The machining is made on multifunction turning, boring, grinding and honing machines including GILDEMEISTER CNC turning machines and GEHRING CNC honing machine. The accuracy of fitting diameter machining is up to 0,025 mm, the total bore cylindrical shape is up to 0,01 mm, in the working area is up to 0,005 mm.

Motordetal-Konotop ООО is being reconstructed. New machines and units are purchased. Technologies are being improved. Production area and amenity rooms are being developed.
